BUTLER, Ind. (WOWO): A Spencerville teen was killed Sunday in an off-road accident near Butler. Conservation officers report that Tyler Cook was killed in a crash on County Road 63 at the Tri-State Motorcycle Club. Witnesses say Cook was attempting a jump with the bike. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
