STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A jury in Steuben County has found a man guilty of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Prior Conviction, a class D felony. The six-person jury found Robert Paul Stoppenhagen guilty Thursday in the Steuben Superior Court. A sentencing hearing is set for May 2nd of this year. Stoppenhagen could be sentenced from 180 days to 3 years in jail and have at least a one-year driver’s license suspension.
