Stutzman Proposes New Concealed Carry Law

Congressman Marlin Stutzman has proposed a law that would allow people who legally carry a concealed weapon in their home state to also do so in other states that allow concealed weapons.  Stutzman says the proposal would eliminate confusion among law enforcement and gun owners.  He also says the right to self-defense is the cornerstone of the second amendment.
