Supporters Wear Green in Walk for Autism

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): More than 400 people wore green for the Autism Acceptance Walk at the Allen County Fairgrounds on Sunday.

Held by the Autism Society of Indiana, the goal is to raise awareness about the disorder. According to our partners in news at 21Alive, proceeds from the event will benefit the local Ally programs in Indiana.

The Society provides support to families and helps those with Autism feel as included as possible.
