Suspect in the shooting death of North Side coach identified

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne police detectives have identified Henry Underwood, 23, as the suspect in the shooting death of Terrance Miles, 36.

Miles’ body was discovered in the 900 block of Francis Street in the early morning hours of May 19.

Surveillance photographs capture Underwood’s image and with the public’s help detectives were able to identify him and eventually name him as the suspect wanted in connection to this homicide investigation.

Underwood is described as black, 185 pounds, with brown eyes and braided black hair and a tattoo of an “H” on his forehead.

Underwood should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone that knows the whereabouts of Underwood is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 436-STOP (436-7867).
