Suspects in Indianapolis Store Shooting in Court

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Two Indianapolis teenagers have been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of a man who police say attempted to stop them from shoplifting.

Eighteen-year-old Deaundre Graves and 17-year-old Jeffery Rhodes were formally charged Wednesday in Marion County court.

Marion County Prosecutors Office spokeswoman Peg McLeish says Rhodes was charged as an adult despite his age. Both men also face robbery and firearms charges.

The shooting Sunday at the Body Gear store on the city's east side killed 36-year-old Ho Lee of Noblesville, who was shot in the head.  Investigators believe that Graves was the shooter.

It wasn't clear whether a woman who also was shot Sunday remains hospitalized.

Funeral services for Lee will be held Saturday in Indianapolis.
