Syracuse Conservancy Buys 44 Acres Along Lake

SYRACUSE, Ind. (AP): A northeastern Indiana conservancy group has purchased more than 44 acres of lakefront property and wetlands that will be protected for future generations. The Wawasee Area Conservancy Foundation bought the 44 1/2 acres along the southeast corner of Syracuse Lake. The property includes about 950 feet of shoreline.
