The Fort Wayne TinCaps announced their 2014 coaching staff today. Michael Collins,a native of Australia and entering his third season as a manager in the Padres organization, replaces Jose Valentín as manager.Valentin takes over as first base coach for the San Diego Padres. Pitching coach Burt Hooton, hitting coach Morgan Burkhart, and athletic trainer Ricky Huerta return.
