FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A local gift tournament has reaped a big windfall for a local charity.

Officials with the Tippmann-McArdle Women's Care Center Classic announced proceeds total more than $174,000 for the Women's Care Center. The center serves about 1/4 of pregnant women in Allen County.

The center provides testing, ultrasounds, parenting classes, counseling and supplies diapers, cribs, car seats and other items for children.

The program is 100 percent privately funded.
