FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  The Indiana State Police and the Allen County Sheriff's Department are working to clear a partially overturned semi. 

The driver was hauling a large steal beam and is currenlty blocking the ramp to eastbound US 30 to northbound I-69, closing the area as of 10:30 a.m.  The far right lane of northbound I-69 is also restricted.  You should avoid the area while crews work to get the semi fully upright.
