FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) -Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita says 7 complaints on Tranquil Touch Spa have rolled in, after the spa suddenly closed last week. This closure shocked customers, some of whom had gift cards and other services they’d already paid for. Employees were also surprised at the sudden closure, even though some hadn’t been paid what they were owed for their work.
