FORT WAYNE, Ind (WOWO): A trial date is set for 18-year-old Deadrian Boykins. According to our partners in news at 21 Alive, jury selection will begin August 20, 2013. 

Boykins is facing murder and robbery charges in connection to two separate incidents.

Police think Boykins is the gunman in the shooting death of 17-year-old Elijah Freeman in early April.

Officials also have evidence that Boykins was involved in a robbery attempt at “Chosen Christian Beauty and Barber College,” in December.
