FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The trial date for a man accused of a February homicide is now set.

Our Partners in News at ABC 21 say Joshua Mackin’s trial will begin on June 20.

Mackin, 33, is accused of shooting his half-brother Samuel Westlake to death back on February 19 of this year. Westlake was found inside his Jeep outside of a Fort Wayne motel. Witnesses told police that Mackin was angry at Westlake because he slept with Mackin’s girlfriend.
