LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): An out-of-state truck driver was found dead following a so-called medical emergency on the toll road.

Authorities say 59-year-old Juian Oses of Florida driver was found Saturday morning inside a semi that was stuck in a highway median in LaGrange County. The truck was running and in gear. An autopsy is scheduled to determine the cause of death.

It's believed the weather conditions made the median muddy and the truck became stuck after the incident. That most likely prevented an accident.
