Two People Injured in Steuben County Crash

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Two people were injured after a Tuesday afternoon crash in Steuben County.


Police say around 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, emergency crews were called to County Road 100 S West of County Road 600 W. Once on the scene, police learned that a pick-up truck driven by 18-year-old Tyler Ebert of Hudson had been traveling East on 100 S and lost control on the gravel road.


The pick-up went off the roadway, rolled over, and went through a fence before stopping. Ebert and a 16-year-old passenger from Hudson were transported to the Hospital for injuries sustained in the crash.


Police say, seat belts were worn by both occupants and greatly reduced the seriousness of the injuries.
