WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): 35-year-old Chad Morgan of Warsaw was placed under arrest yesterday after allegedly selling prescription drugs and marijuana to under cover units in Kosciusko County. He's charged with felony dealing, and currently being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on a $4,000 bond.
