Upcoming Spring Weather Means Increased Flood Risk

The National Weather Service, Indiana State Police and other agencies are reminding people that spring weather brings an increased risk of flooding. The state Department of Homeland Security is encouraging residents to have a family emergency communications plan. The weather service says most flood-related deaths occur while driving.
