UPDATE: Police credit public for quick end to Amber Alert for three missing children

UPDATE: The Indiana Amber Alert issued on Tuesday, July 18, was cancelled at 10:05 p.m. by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department who said the children had been located.

 

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): An Amber Alert has been issued for three missing children out of Indianapolis.

Officers with the Indiana State Police Department are looking for Mekielle Yaneek Pullins, 22, a black female. Police say the three kids may have been abducted by Pullins, their mother, and the kids are believed to be in danger.

The children were last seen at 3 p.m. eastern standard time in Indianapolis.

Pullins is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, 143 pound with black hair and brown eyes.

Officers are uncertain of what vehicle she’s driving, but believe she and the kids are in the Indianapolis area.
