NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WOWO): A New Haven High School teacher has been arrested on child seduction charges. 

Troy Guenin has been charged with 4 counts of child seduction and two counts of dissemination of matter harmful to minors. 

He reportedly was involved in “excessive texting contact” with a female student under the age of eighteen. The New Haven Police Department says Guenin sent the student nude pictures of himself along with sexually explicit language.

Guenin was arrested Tuesday and has a June 5th hearing scheduled.

Guenin's name has been removed from the school website, though whether he is still employed by the district or not is still unknown.
