USPS to suspend mail delivery in memory of Bush

NATIONAL (WOWO): Mail service will be impacted by tomorrow’s National Day of Mourning in honor of late former President George H.W. Bush.

President Trump declared December 5th as a national day of mourning to honor the 41st President, who passed away last Friday at the age of 94.

The U.S. Postal Service says that as a result, they’ll be closing all Post Office locations and suspending regular mail delivery for Wednesday. Package delivery service will still happen, but it will be limited.

A memorial service for Bush will be Wednesday at 11am at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC.
