ADAMS COUNTY Ind. (WOWO): The body of a Decatur man has been identified after a fatal moped crash on Tuesday in Adams County.
The Adams County Coroner has identified the victim as 51-year-old Robert L. Affolder, who died when his moped hit another car near County Roads 330 S and 400 W.
Crews arrived at the scene shortly before 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening to find Affolder dead at the scene.
