BLUFFTON, Ind. (WOWO): The Wells County Sheriff has made an arrest in a recent wave of thefts from vehicles in Wells, Adams and Allen Counties.

No names have been released, although Sheriff Holliday says that residents should still remove all items of value and lock their cars.
