Whitcomb, Kernan to be Honored at Ind. War Museum

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Two new exhibits at the Indiana War Memorial will honor two former governors who were prisoners of war. Ed Whitcomb and Joe Kernan will be included in the Hoosier Patriot exhibit. Whitcomb served during World War II and was captured by the Japanese. Kernan spent 11 months as a prisoner of war in North Vietnam.
