WHITLEY COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Over 800 Whitley County residents are out of power after a car hit a pole and the guide wire snapped and hit the power line, according to our partners in news at 21 Alive. The accident happened on US 33 and 300 North around 8 A.M. this morning.
