FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory for our listening area starting Sunday night into Monday morning.
 

Starting at midnight Sunday, wind chills could make it feel like it's -10 to -20 degrees until 10 a.m. Monday morning.  The strong winds will persist through the overnight, and they warn that exposure to the extreme cold can lead to frost bite or hypothermia in 30 minutes or less if precautions are not taken.
