FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect starting at 3PM for the southern part of the WOWO listening area.  Counties under the advisory include Wabash, Grant, Fulton, Miami, Howard, Grant and Delaware.  The advisory is set to expire at 10PM this afternoon.  

The National Weather Service warns of moderate periods of snow could accumulate 3 to 5 inches and reduce driving visibility.  Be prepared for snow covered roads and use caution while driving.
