FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Lots of questions for police after a Sunday morning incident.

This after a woman was found lying on Paulding Road. But authorities aren't sure why.  Just after 5:45 units found the woman near Waterloo Gardens Apartments. Police aren't sure if foul play may be involved.

Police spent much of the morning searching the scene for clues and the investigation is expected to continue for awhile.

The woman was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
