STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind (WOWO): Emergency crews were called to a crash this morning in rural Angola.  It happened just before 6 AM on SR-827 near CR-400-N.  When crews arrived, they found an SUV with heavy front-end damage after impacting a tree.  The driver, 47-year-old Paula Steeby was trapped inside the vehicle and had to be freed with the Jaws of Life.  She was flown to Parkview hospital for treatment.  Investigators say Steeby was wearing her seatbelt and alcohol use is not suspected in the crash.
