FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Two women were hospitalized after two separate crimes on Friday night.

At about 9 p.m., crews were called to Scott Avenue on reports of a shooting. A woman was shot and she was hospitalized in serious condition, according to our news partners at 21Alive. 

Crews were then called to the 1200 block of Fairfield Avenue on reports of a stabbing just minutes later. A woman was critically injured.

Fort Wayne police are investigating both incidents.
