Indiana State Police issue Silver Alert (Cancelled)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Lebanon Police Department is looking for a man who may be in danger and was last seen Thursday at 2 p.m.

William F. Russell, 78, is a white man, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds, has gray hair, blue eyes and a mole on the right side of his chin.

He was last seen in Lebanon, which is located about 30 miles north of Indianapolis and 2 hours south of Fort Wayne. He was last seen wearing white shoes with blue shoelaces, blue pants, a turtleneck and a burgundy windbreaker with “Cool Lake” printed on it.

Police say he may be driving a 2007 blue Chrysler Town and Country minivan with a Indiana plate 295ACS.

Russell may be disoriented and require medical attention.
