Kokomo, IN (WOWO) Kokomo police have arrested 48-year-old Sieyumbe Nicba Arrington on multiple felony charges involving child abuse. Arrington faces two counts of Child Molesting, three counts of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, and three counts of Neglect of a Dependent.

The charges stem from incidents involving multiple juvenile victims occurring between 2012 and 2022. Authorities took Arrington into custody following the filing of the charges. Investigations are ongoing.
