Police Can Obtain Warrant for Your Blood

Those of you who drink and drive and think you can get out of it by telling the police you won’t submit to a breathalyzer test….those days are over in Allen County. The Prosecutor introduced a way around all of that by simply allowing police to get a warrant for your blood. Once you get to the jail they will draw your blood and test it that way.
