Defendant Seeks to Change Plea in Mosque Burning

An DeKalb County man who admitted to setting an Ohio mosque on fire to avenge American soldiers now wants to withdraw his guilty plea.  Randy Linn of St. Joe said in a court filing that he was in an emotional state and depressed when he entered the guilty plea last month.  Linn’s deal with prosecutors had called for a 20-year prison sentence.
