Abandoned Apartment Complex Could See New Life

Local realtor Zach Bonahoom says Centlivre Village Apartments on the city’s north side could be restored to their former glory if private investors get involved. He says the property could be purchased and fixed up for about $5 million dollars. Bonahoom adds it could be a low-cost, centralized option for housing.
