FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A homeless man is one of 11 people who’ve pleaded guilty in a fake check-cashing scam.  50-year-old Kenneth Rollingcloud was in court this week when he entered the guilty plea and was ordered to no more than three years in prison.  That, according to the Journal Gazette.  Rollingcloud has also been ordered to pay nearly $500 in restitution to Walmart.
