ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): Trine University is promising students it will give them a fifth year of classes tuition free if they don’t graduate in four years. The northeastern Indiana school made the guarantee to its class of 2017, saying the cost of higher education is a top concern for students and their parents. Incoming freshmen this fall are eligible for the guarantee.
