ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – Four people who survived a horrific traffic crash back in January on US-30 are now suing a semi driver and his employer for damages they suffered in that wreck.  According the Journal Gazette, the suit claims that Scott Saunders was operating in a negligent manner when the crash occurred.  It also alleges that the company that the Saunders worked for, did not provide him with the proper training.  No charges have been filed in connection with the wreck that killed two people and injured four others.
