FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man has come forward, claiming the million dollar Powerball win. Robert Kincaid presented the winning ticket to officials at the Hoosier Lottery Headquarters yesterday. There’s been a buzz around the city since Sunday when it was announced that somebody purchased a Powerball ticket worth $1 million at Lassus Handy Dandy on Lima Road in Fort Wayne in the May 11 drawing. Kincaid plans to splurge on a new, fully-loaded Toyota Tundra.
