FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) — Fort Wayne has one of the most historic housing markets in the United States, according to a recent study.

The city ranks ninth overall among U.S. cities for the share of historic homes currently listed for sale.

The study found that 39.3% of the properties listed for sale in Fort Wayne are over a century old, having been built before 1925.
