According to WLIO-TV, 46-year-old Sonny Cobb was found guilty of two first-degree felony rape charges in Allen County Common Pleas Court. Prosecutors said the crimes involved two victims and occurred over an extended period beginning when the victims were under the age of 10.

During sentencing, Crime Victim Services representatives read impact statements on behalf of the victims. Court records show Cobb previously faced dozens of additional charges, including multiple counts of rape, sexual battery and gross sexual imposition.
