Officers Justified in May Police Shooting

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Allen County Prosecutors has ruled Fort Wayne Police officers were justified to use lethal force in the shooting death of 22-year-old Ryan Koontz on Weymouth Court in May. The investigation confirms the findings of internal and State Police investigations. Koontz was killed after he refused to surrender his gun after firing at officers and homes in the neighborhood
