FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  A city man has been charged with dealing cocaine.

Police arrested 39-year-old Dale Carter this morning after a search of a Reed Street home discovered the drug.

Authorities also found crack pipes and other pieces of paraphernalia. Carter faces three felony counts. Police received a tip of drug activity at the home.
