Pierceton Man Faces More Charges after Allegedly Breaking into Bait Store

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A Pierceton man is facing more charges after attempting to break into the Number One Bait and Tackle Store Wednesday morning.

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department detectives filed two additional felony burglary charges and two more felony theft charges against 28-year-old Joshua Eyer.

According to police, Eyer was involved in three recent burglaries, along with an auto theft in Kosciusko County. One of the suspected burglaries is believed to have been committed recently at the Barbee Landing where cash was allegedly stolen. 

Eyer’s bond has subsequently been raised from $5,000.00 to $15,000.00.  He still remains in custody at the Kosciusko County Jail.
