FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): E. State Boulevard will be closed to all traffic between St. Joe Boulevard and Crescent Avenue due to a water main break at Kentucky Avenue. As of 11:30 A.M. Friday, officials say they do not know how long the closure will last. Traffic is encouraged to use Lake and Columbia Avenues.

Crews are working on a second water main break at Sherman Boulevard. Officials say Sherman is closed to traffic between Putnam St. and Archer Ave. A detour route will be created using Spring Street, Wells Street, and State Street. Likewise the duration of the closure is still being determined.
