FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A 2 month old infant is in critical condition and police are having a hard time determining how it happened.

On Saturday at 1:33 p.m. Fort Wayne Police were called to the 1400 block of W. Wallen, just east of Lima Rd.  Officers found a 2 month old male infant with injuries and took him to the hospital.  He is in critical condition. 

Detectives and crime scene personnel are trying to piece together what happened, but at this time there are no arrests and no charges have been filed. 

The Department of Child Services was also called to help with the investigation.  Police expect to release more information once it becomes available.
