WILLIAMS COUNTY, Ohio (WOWO): Just after 6 Sunday night, 27-year-old Delbert Drinnon Jr. was driving southbound on State Route 15 when he crashed into the back of 66-year-old Craig Parliament who was stopped on his motorcycle with passenger 35-year-old Connie Shope at the US 20 intersection in Williams county. The motorcycle then hit another vehicle. Parliament, who was not wearing a helmet, was pronounced dead at the scene, and Shope was flown to a nearby hospital. Several others were involved in the crash, but no other injuries have been reported. The accident is still under investigation.
