FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A ruling has been issued in the death of Elijah Tanner. He's the 32-year-old man who was rescued from a pond that he had apparently driven into on Lima Road on June 5th. The Allen County Coroner has ruled the man's cause of death to be a drowning and the manner of death an accident. It has been determined that Tanner experienced a medical event prior to the crash.
