FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Numerous traffic signals are not operating at several intersections near the eastside of downtown Fort Wayne due to a power outage. Crews are currently working to place temporary stop signs at the intersections, but drivers should still treat a non-working signal as a four-way-stop.
