Three People Facing Charges in Connection with Synthetic Drug Ring

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Three people are facing felony charges in connection with a synthetic drug ring in Kosciusko County.

An undercover investigation found Samuel Stimmel, the owner of a North Webster gentlemen’s club called “Stimmelator's”, provided funds to his daughter, 35 year-old Michelle Stimmel, for the production of synthetic drugs. According to police reports, the woman prepared the drugs and then gave them to two Syracuse men, Kyle Dehart and Jason Bontrager, who would then sell the drugs. Both Stimmels have previous arrest records on several different charges.
