Vera Bradley Announces Dip in Second-Quarter Earnings

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Vera Bradley says revenues are down 4% from this time a year ago. This comes after the Fort Wayne-based purse and accessory company announced plans to eliminate second shift operations at its New Haven facility. CEO Robert Wallstrom says even though the short-term continues to be challenging, he's pleased with the company's long-term strategies.
